What Happens During a Session?
We begin with a conversation.
You can share what has brought you to the session, what has been happening in your world and anything you feel is important for me to know. From there, we move into the healing work.
I listen to your energy as much as I listen to your words, following what I notice and allowing the session to unfold naturally.
Reiki may come forward.
Egyptian Sekhem may become part of the work.
Shamanic practices, imagery, symbols or intuitive impressions may arise.
Each session develops its own rhythm. Your session is yours.
What Might We Explore?
People arrive for many different reasons.
You may be feeling emotionally or energetically overwhelmed.
You may be moving through change, grief, uncertainty or a significant transition.
You may feel disconnected from yourself.
You may keep encountering the same pattern and feel ready to look at it differently.
You may simply be tired and need somewhere to put everything down for a while.
And sometimes there is no dramatic reason at all.
You just know you need a session.

For me, healing has always been deeply connected to remembrance.
Beneath the noise, expectations, responsibilities and stories we collect, there is still a part of you that knows who you are.

There is no predetermined formula for the session. I work intuitively with you and your energy, drawing from Reiki, Egyptian Sekhem, shamanic healing and the practices I have gathered through years of working with energy and consciousness. Or, as I affectionately call the combination...a little Debbie Magic.
The session unfolds according to what presents itself and where the work wants to move.
